Kaffir Cili Ikan Trout Fjord Norway dengan Bubur Quinoa


 Bahan-bahan:
1 Filet Trout 1 Daun limau purut, dihiris nipis 1 Limau, dihiris 1 Cili padi merah, dihiris 1 Genggam daun ketumbar (daun sup) 1 Cawan quinoa, dimasak 1 Cawan stok ikan 1 Daun bawang, dihiris Garam dan lada, secukup rasa

Cara Memasak:
Masuk quinoa yang sudah dimasak dan stok ikan ke dalam pot dan reneh hingga ia menebal menjadi bubur keseluruhannya. Semasa itu dimasak, letak ikan trout, daun limau purut, limau, cili padi dan daun ketumbar di atas  satu kerajang aluminium. Taburkan garam dan lada secukup rasa dan balut dengan ketat, lalu bakar menggunakan ketuhar dengan 200C selama 15 minit. Letakkan bubur di dalam mangkuk. Selepas ikan trout dimasak, keluarkan ikan trout dari ketuhar dan hidangkan atas bubur bersama dengan sedikit daun bawang. ***
